His recipes have appeared in Bon Appétit, Food & Wine, Southern Living, and Garden & Gun. SUSAN PUCKETT, the former food editor of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, writes for Eating Well, National Geographic Traveler, and Atlanta Magazine.
