Øystein Tunsjø is Professor and Head of Asia Program at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies at the Norwegian Defence University College, Oslo.
Wang Dong is Associate Professor in the School of International Studies; Executive Director of the Institute for Global Cooperation and Understanding; and Deputy Director of Office for Humanities and Social Sciences, Peking University, China.
