Author Biography

Mony is a pilgrim, storyteller and international award-winning co-author of WALKING FOR PEACE, AN INNER JOURNEY, memoir of her 5000-km, 13-month journey of personal transformation across 13 countries. Her quest for a life with purpose began when she abandoned a lucrative career in the software industry and the successes her MBA afforded her, to adopt the life of a simple pilgrim. For over a year she walked, her belongings in a backpack, trusting her intuition and the path she was walking. With no fixed plans or goals, every day was a journey into the unknown and the marvels, and fears, that awaited her. Those experiences and life lessons form the foundation of her presentations, and publications. With her pilgrim husband, she creates and publishes books and artwork that transform. She is a popular inspirational and keynote speaker. She is also a TV personality, hosting and producing her own show dedicated to books and authors called The Author's Journey on Rogers TV (Canada). She also shares stories of her pilgrimages on The Pilgrim Story Hour video series.
