Author Biography

David D. Dworak retired from the US Army with the rank of colonel and is currently an academic administrator at the US Army War College. He has over thirty years of experience supporting joint military operations worldwide and has taught numerous courses on strategic planning, supply chain management, logistical support, and military history. He is a certified Demonstrated Master Logistician and has a PhD in history from Syracuse University.
