Instead, he wants humanity to learn reliance on his strength. In fact, he doesn't expect people to have the strength to overcome trials on their own. He wants believers to trust that he will sustain them in the difficulty. And since God is faithful, he will always make a way. It is best practice to maintain trust in him and not doubt his promises. This is the path to true happiness.

Author Biography

David Bernard earned a BA in theology from World Evangelism Bible College & Seminary and an MA in counseling from Doane University. As a counselor, he has seen the challenges believers and unbelievers face. Each experience many of the same tragedies, but there's a difference. When believers rely on God, their joy remains despite the adversity. Certainly, believers are emotionally and mentally affected by their circumstances, but they have hope because they cling to God's promises.
