Harvey Johnson; William Ashbie Hawkins; Lillie Carroll Jackson; Lillie's daughter Juanita Jackson Mitchell; Juanita's husband, Clarence Maurice Mitchell Jr.; Walter Thomas Dixon; Enolia McMillan; Lena King Lee; and countless others who created a proud legacy of activism in the Monumental City.
