"Your poems say many things about you-all of them good. If your personality delights your fortunate husband as much as the flavour of your poems has delighted me, he's someone to be envied." Irving Layton "You write a very warm, human kind of letter, and the poems of yours I like the best are the warm, human ones. All are, of course, publishable. You do have a poetic personality." Fred Cogswell, University of New Brunswick Joan Kehoe immigrated to Canada from the north of England as a young child in 1948. She has lived ever since in Scarborough, Ontario.
