IFIOK OTUNG, holds a PhD in Satellite Communications from the University of Surrey, UK and First-Class Honours and Master's degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Ife, Nigeria. He is a Chartered Engineer and award-winning academic who has made significant contributions to engineering education and research around the world over many years, especially in the UK, Europe, US, Canada, India, China, Japan and Africa.
