Salazar has gone into the drug smuggling business, partnering with a notorious Puerto Rican cartel. The FBI offers Rizzo a role in their scheme to intercept a major shipment of cocaine about to launch from San Juan. Rizzo accepts, and a sunny assignment in Puerto Rico quickly turns hairy. Nothing comes easy for Luke Rizzo.
