Born and bred in a small seaside village in Northern Scotland, and now living in New York City, Peyton McClintock is headed to the serene Tahitian island of Moorea with Bryan, her self-confident, attractive and routinely cocky husband. Accompanied by his new fiancée and his sister, Finn is excited to see Peyton but is on the other hand, engaged to be married. When the owner of the two stray dogs is found dead on the beach, things start to intensify for Peyton, putting her own life and those closest to her in grave danger.
