Author Biography

In 2010, Ed Stafford walked into the Guinness Book of Records as the first man to walk the length of the Amazon River -- 4,345 miles (7,000 kms) -- and was named European Adventurer of 2011. Ed's previous book, Walking the Amazon, has been translated into several languages. Today Ed is a motivational speaker, writer and author while he films his fourth series for Discovery Channel.
