In the harsh, arid climate of northern Kenya, nomadic people share their lands with elephants, lions, the rare Grevy's Zebra, and many other species of wildlife, which can cause conflict. National Rangelands Trust is a non-profit organization based in northern Kenya that is educating women to understand, benefit from, and conserve the wildlife in their area through the creation of a sustainable fair trade enterprise, producing hand-beaded gifts and accessories.
