"So I'm a practitioner now? Help!" So many newly qualified EFT students have exactly this thought. Maybe right away, or maybe not until the magnitude of what has just happened has truly sunk in. If you trained in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting back to back? Wow; double whammy. Factual, practical, witty, supportive and most of all warm-hearted, this little book demystifies the process of gently readjusting to the world and having the world readjust to you. Filled to the brim with hints and tips for staying on track and understanding the changes that go on within and around you as you reach for your true purpose and potential.

Author Biography

Cheryl White lives and works on the South Coast of England, managing her private practice out of Rottingdean and Seaford. Cheryl also runs the EFT practitioner test system for the international EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Academy, having co-written the test and designed the format. She says the best bit is getting to say "Hi" to all the recent trainees at the very start of their journeys. Having first discovered EFT in 2007 Cheryl is now a Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and EFT trainer. She runs the Brighton practitioner swap group and devotes her spare time to befriending and encouraging new practitioners, answering their questions and providing emotional and practical assistance through various media. When very lucky, she says, she gets to kick back and assist at other people's trainings, 'assisting' meaning barrelling out of the back of the room after any new trainees who need support with their overwhelms and breakthroughs. In a past life Cheryl worked for the BBC and in local government before turning her full attention to family and special education needs, successfully taking her LEA to tribunal and 'dropping out' to retrain and set up in business, initially working in a golf-club kitchen during school hours, as "the only Mensan pot-wash, ever". At the time of writing, Cheryl is also a proud member of AAMET and AMT.
