William J. Kovacs is Professor of Medicine at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
Sergio R. Ojeda is Senior Scientist and Head of the Division of Neuroscience at Oregon Regional Primate Research Center, Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.
