It is full of strategies that you may use to help bring people together for the betterment of culture and society. As a school leader, when I witness teachers loving, caring, and disciplining children, it warms my heart because I know they are truly invested in the growth of the child. Children and teens thrive and grow when they spend their entire school day surrounded by loving and caring adults.

I begin this journey of the "Leadership Legacy" by taking a few moments to spend with some key people who influenced me in a way that I am forever thankful to them for our time spent together. I hope you enjoy and follow our amazing conversations as I share with you "my journey," and "my legacy."
